From Bergen County, NJ RT-17 N I-87 N / New York State Thruway N toward Albany/RT-17 N Take exit 21 toward RT-23/Catskill Turn left at CR-23B Turn left to merge onto RT-23 E Slight right at RT-9G S Take a forked right onto Chapel Road which becomes Oak Hill Road. Go to the bottom of the hill where you will see a Gate House on the right and white gates with an historic marker. Take the driveway all the way down to the river to visit Oak Hill-on-Hudson.
